Shahrah-e-Faisal Now More Flavorful, O's Bistro Now Launched !
Shahrah –e- Faisal known as the busiest road in Karachi, ironically does not house as many dine inn’s as one would expect to cater to its burgeoning crowd. A restaurant equipped with good food and a decent atmosphere is the only good deal anyone can offer at this crowded vicinity. With that being said, now there’s been a new entrant by the name ofO’S Bistro; located at Amber Castle, Near Citi Bank, main Shahrah–e-Faisal, which is a casual dine-in ready to give you a unique experience and a little something to talk about for a long time.
As always, Team FCPK was delighted to be contacted to have the exclusive experience of this new outlet as they opened their doors to the public. It is based on two story vicinity; which has a ground floor and a first floor rocking an ambience that is classy yet casual in parts, nevertheless a quality dine inn with a characteristic theme uniformly continued on both floors, not like the latest trend of inconsistences adopted by some of the newly opened multi-storied restaurants. Nice wooden tables along with comfortable benches go hand in hand with the color combination of the whole restaurant and sets off a very appealing yet simple enough feel. Beautiful abstract paintings in corners and also an eye catching chandelier at the entrance is a nice way to welcome guests. Next thing you notice is a clean wooden staircase that leads you on the first floor where the ambience is the same but feels more relaxed. It is a perfect pit stop for those who seek to have lunch at a proper restaurant. Having plentiful room to accommodate 69 people is great achievement. This restaurant is placed at a prime location where there is always a huge problem for parking, but not to worry, as O’S Bistro is the only restaurant that provides valet parking.
The menu includes Soups, Appetizers, Burgers, Sandwiches, Wraps, and main course meals. From amongst the vast range of cuisines to eat, we ordered Poutine, Oyster chicken wrap, Chili chicken wrap, Stuff chicken with Mornay sauce and Chicken Santafe. All the ordered items were served in a timely manner and were absolutely delightful to gorge down while they came one by one piping hot to our table along with the regular refreshments.
Mr. Owais (Owner of O’s Bistro) shared his views and briefly described the whole theme of his restaurant. Mr. Owais shared that his primary objective and focus is on the quality and standard of food served with reasonable price tags. He also mentioned that kitchen where the food is being prepared is extremely hygienic as the chef has worked in USA and Canada for 12 years; hence explains the unique and flavorful taste of food. The target audience is the middle and upper class individuals. It also has a take away facility. With time, Mr. Owais foresees his restaurant climbing on top and expanding it to different cities of Pakistan.
A wishful desire for an affordable, tidy road side restaurant has now become a reality in short by the name of O’S Bistro. We wish O’S Bistro all the best for their future endeavors.
