Chocolate Giant Hits The City Again! Lal's Patisserie Now Launched at Shahbaz
Over the years especially in the subcontinent, Pakistan to be precise, a vast variety of chocolate distributers in the shape of cafes have seemed to be in the lime light of the city, similarly, a prestigious chocolate shop by name of LAL’S Chocolate extended their flagship to a multi story patisserie on Khayaban e Shahbaz on 1st November 2012 after the success of three chocolate boutiques in Karachi and Lahore.
The red carpet launch event of Lal’s patisserie was organized and conducted by Catalyst PR and Marketing Company at which countless celebrities, fashion models, media representatives and other socialites attended. Celebrities included Freiha Altaf (Owner and CEO of Catwalk Productions), TV host Nazia Malik, Sidra Iqbal, Designer Deepak Perwani, Oscar award winner Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy, and famous politician Khushbakht Shujaat. The host of the evening was the versatile actress-cum singer VJ Ayesha Omar.
Media representatives from TV One, Express News, Hero TV and Ajj TV were present as well for the coverage of the event. Live jazz music and delicious tasting of some the most aromatic chocolates and cupcakes of chocolate, vanilla, lemon and trifle along with pizza’s, patties and strawberry milk shakes also took place.
Nazia Malik:- “I love chocolates, since I’m a huge chocolate lover myself I absolutely love this place and the taste of all these wonderful delights. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it 9”.
VJ Ayesha Omar:- “I really admire the location and since this new trend of chocolate shops seems to gather attention of everyone, I pretty much like the whole concept. I have tired Lal’s before which has what made me come here as well, their chocolates taste delicious and I expect Lal’s Chocolate will go far ahead in the near future”.
Khushbakht Shujaat:- “I knew Lal since a long time and I was well aware of her love for chocolates too. I have seen her working hard day in and day out to accomplish what we see before us and I would just want to congratulate her to finally achieving this great place.”
The outlet is based on two floors, ground and first floor accustomed with colorful paintings, decorated gift boxes, stuffed toys for the children to play with, nicely placed wooden tables and chairs on a clean wooden floor having plenty space to accommodate up to 25- 30 people. However, the most exciting part of this boutique is the Make Your Own Chocolate Bar concept. Here you can choose from milk, white or dark chocolate and combine either of those with numerous toppings to have a customized chocolate bar made just for you. In the upcoming months Lal’s will be tweaking up their menu with scrumptious sandwiches, pastas and other savory delights.
Surrounded with magnificent chocolate girls and tasty chocolates everywhere, the event left the guests with an extraordinary experience of making their own chocolates with help of an expert. We wish LAL’S Chocolate all the best for their future endeavors.
